We are not testing 5 minutes but for a long period of time on
several Computer configurations regarding Hardware and Software.

You have paid for a product so you have the right to have someone
who helps you out if problems occur.
Mostly you have to pay for technical support or it is free only
the first 90 days. However, problems usually occur later.
